This is truely a fantastic publication - from your first day in the game it will help you find your way through the world until the very end of level 59 (not level 60+ because a lot of the game is "off map" then. Whether you need a lump of copper ore or to find that evil boss that respawns once a wekk - this book will help you.A must buy!

This is a great book if you take questing seriously. Someone compared the Wow gaming area to be the size of Switzerland .. and it is a big game indeed.

Adventurning on your own and discovering new places is of cause a large part of the game, but i still find myself stuck searching for hours, trying to find that elusive mob that should be located "north of crossroads" somewhere.

This is where this great book shows its worth. Half the book is area/city maps and the other half is a large alfabetic index so you can quickly get the right location on the map grid. Sometimes the index also give you a small hint like "blow horn" or "behind tree".

Book also have a handfull of pages listing placement of profession NPC, vendor, flight and those rare and hard to find mobs.

Best of all, this book dont SPOIL the game at all. Its is NOT a quest-killer or walktrough, it is NOT a list of vendor-items being sold, it is NOT a faction list or a gold making book .. and thank ye gods for that.

Just a nice Atlas that will help you when you get stuck or cant remember the location of one of the 1000+ places or people.

Firstly I have to say this book looks lovely and feels more like a "coffee table" book than a game guide. Although it does a good job of telling you where a lot of monsters and NPC's are, it only really duplicates what is in the Strategy guide. This is a little more detailed on town maps and vendor details, whereas the strategy guide gives you all the NPC's that give you quests and their approximate locations.Perhaps worth getting if you want all the information you can hoover up, but personally I feel if you already have the strategy guide then I probably wouldn't bother with this as well.

This book is great, the maps are very helpful as is the NPC placements listed for each area. I shall definatly find this helpful. My only complaints are the fact that no dungeons are listed, the book would have been better of waiting until after the release of Burning Crusade and its awkward to tell which vendors are horde or alliance on the main map pages.

(only had the book 20 minutes - first reaction)What it does is done well, the print is clear and the maps are nice. The full index of NPC locations is useful, as is the quick list of class and profession trainers. My only real criticism is that there are no maps for instance dungeons, which would have made it much more useful.

This is the first few "chapters" (chapter 0-7)of the World of Warcraft comic series. As well as containing the comics there are a few pages dedicated to an interview of the author and the artist as well as a a few sketches by Ludo Lullabi (the artist). I was fond of the art style and the story was gripping enough to keep me reading it in one sitting :). I only have one critisism of the book and that is that the cover art for each issue is not big enough, each issue had two covers for different countries and they are both shown on one page, making them a lot smaller. A must buy for those interested in comic art or World of Warcraft lore.

This review is on behalf of my 13 year old son. He plays World of Warcraft and Warcraft on his computed and decided to try this, role playing version of the game. Inside the core set was 4 figures made of plastic. The painting was pretty poor and instructions were overly complicated and included a lot of superflous information. The long and the short of it is he abandoned the game as he found it difficult to understand. He also found there was a lack of knowledge in other areas. In all he felt it was poor value for money and won't be buying any more parts of this system.

These are good quality reproductions, I purchased 4 boxes,
My only gripe is that you have no control over what is in the box.
I use these for me and my sons purely as desk accessories.

Great mouse for MMO's but also great mouse for other games to the sensitivity is insane and the reaction time to the buttom clicks is mind blowing its such a good mouse and has changed my WoW experiance alot.

5/5 mouse for me.

Review by DAJ Barnard for Razer Naga Mmog Gaming Mouse
Rating:
So far I have only used this for solo questing, but am enjoying it and can't wait to try it in raids. I'm am mostly a PvE player, but if anything I imagine it would really shine in PvP.

Pros:
Gorgeous
Does speed up reaction times, especially if, like me, you're quite mouse dependent.
Very well laid out buttons
Good size
Surprisingly intuitive to use: I've never used any sort of gaming mouse before, and only play wow, but am having no problem at all getting used to the 17 buttons.

Cons:
To really get the best out of it you need the game-specific addons, which are currently only available for wow and warhammer. Until they release more, I would definitely NOT recommend this for players of other MMOs.
The software is as annoying as the hardware is intuitive. You download the driver (which in my case led to a series of glitches and bugs) Having got that fixed you download the addon. Then you log on, see what it has done to your action bars, and freak out. Sorting out the mess it has made of your display is somewhat patience-testing.

Given those two negatives, why am I giving it 4 stars?
Partly because once you get it sorted and get used to the software quirks it really is an absolutely brilliant piece of kit.
Partly because I am a casual player with a good but not great computing knowledge - I suspect that the majority of the wow player base (at least the majority of those in the market for an expensive gaming mouse) would be more competent and thus less bothered by the software annoyances.
But mainly? Because it is simply awesomely cool. Of course it has negatives, of course the software could be improved, but it is absolutely worth the effort.
